About ATC

Specialist brokers for trades, construction and mining services.

ATC is the construction and contracting brand of Elliott Australia Group, a Western Australian owned insurance broker based in Nedlands. We arrange and manage insurance programmes; we do not issue policies. Our job is to act for you.

Around since the 90s, and here is what that means: the business began as Progressive Insurance, established in 1998, was acquired by Elliott Australia Group in 2009, rebranded as AllTradesCover in 2010, and is now known as ATC.insure.

Who we are

Senior people, still in the room

Every ATC client has a named senior account executive, a head of broking involved in the strategy of the placement, a dedicated general claims specialist and a dedicated workers compensation specialist. The workplace risk division sits down the corridor, not in another company.

We work with businesses from $5 million to $500 million turnover, mostly in Western Australia, and we have done so for three decades.

Backed by a dedicated team. Behind the four people above sits a dedicated team of senior brokers, account executives, an in-house claims team and administrative support, so certificates, endorsements, claims and the quick answers are handled the same day, by people who know your programme.
How we operate

Four things you can hold us to

Broker, not insurer

We act in your interests and we tell you when an insurer gets it wrong.

Everything in writing

A renewal report every year and a quarterly review through it, so nothing relies on memory.

Contracts first

We read the contract before you sign, because that is where uninsured losses start.

Claims in-house

Senior specialists on the phone, not a call centre, when it matters most.

Part of Elliott Australia Group

ATC shares its claims, workplace risk, finance and compliance teams with the wider group, which means a mid-sized contractor gets the depth of a larger broker with the attention of a small one.
